ReMed of Louisiana provides rehabilitation and supported living to individuals with brain injury and other neurologic impairments. STAT HOME HEALTH partners with REGAIN MEMORY 360 to help individuals suffering from TBI, dementia, or Alzheimer's to create and retain new memories.

Shepherd Center, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is a private, not-for-profit hospital specializing in medical treatment, research and rehabilitation for people with spinal cord injury and brain injury.
MISSION: To aid in the healing, recovery, and preventive treatment of Veterans by treating the WHOLE VETERAN and providing the most comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
Your journey begins with a 3 day evaluation with a team of caregivers which includes licensed staff who are assigned to you for the duration of your time. You will receive a treatment plan that can be given to your own doctor or you may be eligible to enroll in the Center's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
If you are eligible for the THREE-WEEK INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT
PROGRAM (IOP), our care team puts your treatment plan into action.
Through education, clinical care and access to specialized resources, this
program demonstrates the powerful ways physical, emotional, mental,
spiritual and social factors can directly affect your health and wellbeing.
