Howard T. Katz, M.D. will be presenting to professionals on Friday, March 29th at 10:45 am on “Aging with a Disability”


Howard T. Katz, M.D. , serves as Medical Director of TASS Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center in Ponchatoula, LA, Neurologic Rehabilitation Living Center in Covington, LA, and Hammond Place in Hammond, LA. He is also medical director of Southern Healthcare, Mid-South Rehab Services and 360 Total Rehabilitation in MS. He is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and resident of Madison, Mississippi. Dr. Katz received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences.He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts.He currently practices in Jackson, MS.
Dr. Katz is board certified in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, board certified in the Subspecialties of Spinal Cord Injury Medicine and Brain Injury Medicine, and certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He enjoys membership with multiple professional associations, some of which include the American Medical Association, American Academy of Home Care Physicians, and the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Mississippi since 1987 when it was founded- a position he is proud to still hold.
