Randy Marc Rosenberg, MD FAAN FACP will be presenting to professionals on Saturday, March 30th at 11:00 am on “The Musical Brain: Neurological Curiosities of Music, Musicians and the Rest of Us”
Dr. Randy Marc Rosenberg is an Associate Professor of Neurology at Temple University. He shares his expertise in neurology and 50 years of musical performance in a conversation about how the brain decodes, interprets and, at times, corrupts the appreciation of music, melody and rhythm. Topics to be explored will include the brain as an organ of music appreciation, tone deafness, music therapy in the management of brain disease and the often-tragic stories of composers and performers afflicted with neurological illness.
Dr. Rosenberg obtained his MD from Temple University.He has numerous publications and specialty training in neurology.
