Our highly skilled team is dedicated to helping patients maximize functional mobility to return them to previous or modified home, work, or leisure roles.
The interdisciplinary team approach consists of 24-hour physician coverage, 24 hour rehab nursing care, comprehensive therapy services provided 5-6 days per week, patient/family education and support, psycho-social services, pastoral care, case management, leisure activity programming and animal assisted therapy.
