The OCDD Resource Centers collaborate with private providers to assist with identification of
support needs, as well as develop activities/interventions/products that improve their ability to
achieve positive outcomes for persons with developmental disabilities.
Referrals for individual consultation or direct services should be made via the individual’s support coordinator and
team if the individual is currently receiving waiver services or via the LGE if the individual is not currently
