Low-rent and section 8 housing
NOEL provides mentoring, education, and housing rehabilitation assistance through various grants.
NOEL’s “Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program” provides rehabilitation services to the homes of elderly and/or disabled, low-income residents of Jefferson Parish at no cost to the homeowner. These projects fix quality of life issues that may have a negative impact on the health and safety of the home owner. Repairs also may include rehabilitation services that make the home more handicapped accessible.

New Pathway Independent Living provides furnished, structured, non-medical shared housing for adults who can live independently in Jefferson Parish and Greater New Orleans.
*Adults 18 and older
*People transitioning from re-entry programs
*Adults preparing for hospital discharge
*Veterans and adults seeking stable shared housing
*Individuals with a verified income or payment source
Provides housing assistance to low income families through the Section 8 program.
Nexus Health Systems offers a neurocontinuum of care through multiple campuses located just outside of Houston, Texas. Our specialized programs extend beyond traditional therapies to manage difficult neurobehavioral pediatric and adult patients. Through individualized treatment, patients gain mobility and control over emotions and behavior, leading to greater independence and a more meaningful life.
Our main focus is to provide services for adults with cognitive and behavioral complaints/disorders. If you do have an older child or adolescent with changes in cognition or in behavior, we may be able to offer consultation services.
Our team members offer forensic consultation services. We are knowledgeable, prepared, experienced and personable. An area of expertise, but not limited to is Traumatic Brain Injuries.

Our pharmacy offers an extensive variety of medical equipment and supplies.
The staff will make it as easy as possible to get the equipment you need, including the billing. We will bill Medicare and most insurance companies.
