TIRR Memorial Hermann treats people with a range of disabilities from complex conditions like brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma and amputation, to rehabilitation for conditions including multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, post-polio syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
TIRR Memorial Hermann offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care that address the individual needs of each patient who has experienced a life altering injury or illness.

TOURO INFIRMARY
Founded in 1852, Touro Infirmary is New Orleans' only community-based, non-profit, faith-based hospital. In 1929, Touro Infirmary was one of the first hospitals in the United States to establish a physical therapy department, which was a significant innovation in the city. This department paved the way for the nationally recognized Rehabilitation Center at Touro, offering specialized programs for patients with catastrophic injuries and neurological disorders.
