As a speech-language pathologist and brain injury specialist, Dana has worked with hundreds of patients and families who have been devastated by brain injury. Founded in 1852, Touro Infirmary is New Orleans' only community-based, non-profit, faith-based hospital. In 1929, Touro Infirmary was one of the first hospitals in the United States to establish a physical therapy department, which was a significant innovation in the city.
