OneStop Career Center; assistance returning to work; Louisiana Rehabilitation Services (LRS) assists persons with disabilities in their desire to obtain or maintain employment and/or achieve independence in their communities by providing rehabilitation services and working cooperatively with business and other community resources.

The National Organization on Disability focuses on increasing employment opportunities for the 80-percent of working-age Americans with disabilities who are not employed. To achieve this goal, NOD works with leading employers and partners with educational and philanthropic institutions to pilot innovative approaches to disability inclusion.

The Arc Caddo-Bossier is a private, non-profit agency that provides an array of services and supportive programs for infants, children, teens and adults with disabilities and their families.

Programs: supported independent living program, day program, employment services, and community housing, and therapeutic horseback riding.

The GREAT horses are donated, leased, or rescued, and each therapy horse goes through an extensive training period prior to beginning lessons.
