SMCL Foundation is a non-profit organization that promotes independence and provides opportunities to pursue active and healthy lifestyles for all citizens who are disadvantaged or disabled. Conducts many wheelchair recreational and sporting events for people with disabilities.

SPAR'S Adaptive Sports Program is to provide diversified innovative sports that encourage individuals of all ages with disabilities to participate in sports that increase hand-eye coordination, strength and endurance as well as the quality of life by developing good sportsmanship skills, team building skills and character in a therapeutic recreation environment.
